First Act Stratocaster Copy Reviews 1

I bought this guitar at Shopko for $65. It was originally $140 and it came with a little amplifier. It has a single humbucker and a vintage sunburst finish.

There isn't much to say here. Only that it looks pretty nice and it's cheap.

Pretty much everything else. Guitar sounds bad, bad pickup, bad amplifier, book along with it has some songs with incorrect notes, cable comes out of socket very easily, strings break easily.

The neck actually feels kind-of nice and the finish is pretty good, considering the price. Actually the finish is not too good if you look close at it. There are lines in the wood going the other way of the other lines (I may have worded that badly) and there is a brown circle on the back of the neck from the wood. I also decided to take the guitar apart one day and I was literally speechless. There was tons of dust and yellowish goop inside and that was the first time that I had ever taken the cover off!

I cannot recommend it at all. The sound, quality, craftsmanship are all really bad. I bought an ESP a few months after this and I am much happier with that. It's still not worth it, even for the cheap price. Just spend a little more a get a cheap Ibanez or ESP.
